WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We fulfill and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for orders purchased during a promotional sale.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
We will email you as soon as your order ships. The notice will also contain a tracking link within the email that you can click on for more detailed shipping information.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from Timeless Skin Care with tracking information within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update with the carrier. You can track your order at any time by accessing the carrier's website and entering the tracking number provided in the email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards. When paying by credit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before placing it to ensure that all information and the contents of your order are correct. Please be advised that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of the order being placed and within our service hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM PT). While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will try our best to accommodate where possible. Please note, we have very limited support on weekends and public/bank holidays
